Your first call with me is a safe space to connect, ask questions, and see if coaching feels like the right fit. In this 20–30 minute conversation, we’ll:

  • Talk about what you (or your teen) are going through right now

  • Clarify your goals, struggles, and what you’d like to change

  • Explore how coaching works and what it could look like for you

  • Answer any questions — so you feel confident moving forward

This isn’t a coaching session yet, but rather a chance for both of us to get to know each other. I’ll listen and share how I can support you
