Refund and Cancelation Policy

1. General Policy

Coaching services require a significant investment of time, preparation, and commitment from both the Coach and the Client. Because of this, all payments made for coaching services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered “missed” and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Coach Cancellations: If I need to cancel a session for any reason, I will provide as much notice as possible and the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

3. Packages & Programs

  • Pre-paid coaching packages (multi-session programs) are non-refundable once the program has begun.

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe of the program but cannot be carried over indefinitely.

  • Sessions not scheduled and used within 3 months of purchase will expire.

4. Emergencies

I understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at my sole discretion in cases of illness, family emergencies, or other urgent circumstances.

5. Teen Clients (Under 18)

For coaching with minors, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure attendance and communication. Missed or canceled sessions will still follow the above policies.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error.

  • The Coach is unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extended illness).

7. Acknowledgment

By purchasing coaching services, you (and, where applicable, your parent/guardian) acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
